These equipment and systems, manufactured in compliance with EN, ASME, and API standards, are utilized to extract oil and gas from underground and to process oil and gas in post-production operations., Heater treater , Gas Separators, , Glycol Dehydration Systems, and Mud / Sludge Tanks Systems are our primary production lines.
Heater Treater: is used for the separation of oil, water, and gas by heating the fluid extracted from oil wells.
Gas Separator: Gas Separator is designed to separate water and condensate from the natural gas stream. This equipment runs permanently in remote and unmanned areas.
Glycol Dehydration Units: A system designed to increase the purity of natural gas to 98% by removing water from a mixture containing natural gas from a well, preventing hydrate formation.
Sludge Tanks System: Sludge tanks are part of the mud preparation system utilized with drilling rigs and are intended for the preparation, conditioning, and storage of mud having the required specifications. Sludge tanks are the first and last element of the sludge circulation system. The sludge is discharged from the tanks to the well by means of pumps. The mud that reaches the drilling bit from the drill string passes around the string, removing any cuttings that have been removed by the drill, and then passes through solids control equipment on its way back to the tank system, where the cuttings are separated.
